1. Who we are

CannabisCoins.com ("we", "us") publishes information about CAN, a US-dollar-referenced token issued on the TEXITcoin Omni layer, and provides an interface for opening mint and redemption orders.

Mint and redemption orders are executed by the Texas Stable Dollar desk (tsd.honest.money), which holds reserves, mints and burns CAN, and pays out redemptions. By opening an order through this site you also accept that operator's terms.

2. What CAN is

CAN is intended to be worth one US dollar and to be redeemable 1:1 for USDC, less any stated redemption fee. It is a payment instrument, not an investment, security, deposit account or yield product.

CAN is not a bank deposit and is not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme. It is not legal tender.

CAN is distinct from CANN, the historical 2014 proof-of-work cryptocurrency. Holding one confers no claim on the other.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use digital-asset services there. You may not use this site if you are subject to applicable sanctions or acting on behalf of a sanctioned party.

Nothing here authorises the purchase, sale, possession or transport of cannabis. Cannabis activity remains subject to the laws of your jurisdiction, and licensed operators remain solely responsible for their own compliance.

4. Orders and irreversibility

Blockchain transfers are final. Sending funds to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong asset may result in permanent loss that no one can reverse.

Send only the asset and network shown on your order, and only to the address shown on that order. Deposit addresses are single-use.

Minting is exact-arrival: CAN is issued for the amount actually received. Orders expire if no deposit arrives within the stated window.

CAN must be sent to a legacy TEXITcoin address beginning with T. Bech32 addresses (txc1…) are not supported and funds sent to them may be unrecoverable.

5. Fees and limits

Fees and per-order minimums and maximums are displayed before you confirm an order and may change. The values shown at the time you open an order apply to that order.

6. Availability

The site and the swap may be unavailable, paused or limited without notice, including while CAN is not yet issued or is switched off at the desk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Digital assets carry risk, including total loss.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from user error, third-party network failures, or the acts of the reserve operator or any wallet provider.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
